Thank you for scheduling an appointment with The Jessa Salon and Spa! 

I understand that going to a new salon can feel a little intimidating, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. Here’s some additional information to help make your first visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.

What to expect -Pre Visit

You'll receive a text/email reminder confirmation 72 hours before your upcoming appointment for each visit.
  • You can check and make changes to your upcoming appointment by emailing TheJessaSalonandSpa@gmail.com 
  • Another appointment reminder will be sent 24 hours before your appointment, no action is needed on this reminder unless you need to cancel or reschedule.

On Appointment Day

  • Please arrive 2-3 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may be asked to reschedule for another time and a cancellation fee would apply. 
  • FREE Parking is available directly in front of the salon in the Cranbrook Village Plaza.
  • The Jessa Salon and Spa is located inside the building that says My Salon Suite on it. When you come inside the main doors, push 312 and then the GREEN bell button to be let inside from the lobby.  Then turn left once you enter and turn right, #312 will be the 2nd studio on your right side. 

Safety Protocol

At this time only people getting services are permitted in the salon. (So no extra guests or children please.)

Sanitizer is available at the salon and I sanitize all surfaces in between each appointment. If you or anyone in your house is sick or has been exposed to any illnesses please message me to reschedule for another time. 

Come Prepared - Dry, clean hair!

  • Please come to your appointment with clean dry hair if you are getting hair color, extensions or event hair styling services. 
  • If you are coming in for a bridal hair and makeup trial make sure to bring any hair pieces, veil & any flowers if you plan to have any in the hair. 
    Attire
  • Please avoid wearing clothing items that are bulky especially turtle necks and also clothes that you would be upset if they were to get hair color on them.

    HOW LONG BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS?
    Maintenance Schedule 
    HAIRCUT: 6-9 WEEKS

    HEAD SPA: 4-6 WEEKS

    ROOT TOUCH-UP: 4-6 WEEKS
    HIGHLIGHTS 6-12 WEEKS 
    FACIAL WAXING: 4-6 WEEKS 
    EXTENSION MOVE UPS: 6-8 WEEKS
    FACIALS: 4 TIMES PER YEAR MIN.

All Major Credit Cards are accepted through Square.

Cash is also accepted 

(Checks are NOT accepted)

Tuesday- Thursday 12:30-8pm

Friday 12:30-6

Appointments are required. Some services require a retainer or booking fee.

Salon Policies

Cancellations and Rescheduling 

In order to provide the best possible scheduling option for all guests, 24 hours advance notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Canceling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of $30. Same day rescheduling or failing to arrive to a scheduled appointment will incur a fee of $50 for the service. If you are getting hair extensions, please see the extension cancellation policy.

Adjustments

The Jessa Salon and Spa strives to offer guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color please reach out within 4 days after your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Some times people may think they want to try something completely new to them and may decide that it was not the right look for them, this would not be applicable for a complimentary adjustment.
