The Jessa Salon and Spa is located at the Cranbrook Village Plaza inside the building that says My Salon Suite on it. It’s in the same plaza as Whole Foods but on the other side. When you come inside to the main doors. Push the numbers 312 and then the green bell button to be let inside from the lobby. Then turn left once you enter and turn right, #312 will be the 2nd studio on your right side.
FREE Parking is available directly in front of the salon in the Cranbrook Village Plaza.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
The Jessa Salon and Spa holds your appointments and time frames just for you and ask that if you must cancel, reschedule or adjust services on any appointments, you please provide at least a 24-hour notice. This way, any adjustments can be made accordingly and Jamie may be able to accommodate clients on her waiting list. As a courtesy, a text and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 72 hours then again at 24 hours prior to your appointment is sent out. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. Some services require a retainer or booking fee to book your appointment.
Here is the general breakdown of reschedule or cancellation fees:
*Less than 24-hour notice is a $30.00 fee.
*Same Day or 'No Show' appointment is a $50.00 fee.
